This is our friend SSG Gary Boatner that's stationed in Germany. it's cool that with all he has going on over there he took the time to say hey. God bless our troops and all they do for us. imagine that we wouldn't know him if it wasn't for this great sport. thanks Gary and take care. here is what he had to say.

Hey Bill,

I just thought I would drop you a line and give you an update on us over here. I have been down range again and I am very happy with the SP8 you sold me. My team and I used it for realistic training and really got us ramped up for our deployment. I have to say that that marker gave me the edge to survive in the shit. Real training, real time with real projectiles fliyng all over the place just like the real thing. Well enough about me. I hope all is well with you and your fam.

Karl's back!!!!

hey guys my buddy and VIGILANTE brother Karl just got back from,...well,...every damn where really. He was competing against the best in the world for all his sponsors on his bike. he went to the Amazon, the north pole, Bermuda triangle. OK, i don't really know where all he went cause im geographiclly challenged, but i do know that he kicked ass and we're all super proud and happy for him. i know that at least one of the places was in the Ukraine. The FRICKEN Ukraine! I'm sure that there will be pics and links up somewhere soon on all the events. When possible show some love to his sponsors so that they keep him going strong. you rock Karl!

a little late but better than never. we welcome a new memeber to the VIGILANTE family. Dustin Caulk recently had his try out for our team. He did great! even though he knew it was going to be beyond hardcore i don't think he really knew just how much until we dropped it on him. It takes a certain breed to play VIGILANTE style and i think dustin will fit in well. next time you see him at the field or on myspace give him some props,... he earned them believe me! Our first domination of the season will be on Feb 24th at Third eye in KY. i'll keep ya posted.

If anyone thinks they can rock with the best, we're holding open tryouts!

Paintball Hill 3 man

Fun weekend!! The VIGILANTE crew, along with my brother and I went to Paintball Hill just south of Lexington KY for a two man tournament. It was a four hour trip so it wasn't too bad. 10 teams showed. All the teams there were truly skilled and loved pump play. Definitely had to earn each and every point. the field was different from the norm. lanes were tight and short. the field was hyperball style. The players were a lot of fun and good sports overall. VIGILANTE won the event by a large margin. My team, Damage Plan (Brent and I) played tough when allowed to. that's a whole other story in itself that i won't go into right now. Brent played really well and the Poynters were spot on as usual. When given the freedom to play without refs hanging on me i was very effective as well, though we only finished 6th. Thanks for playing tough BRENT. Matt (owner of PB Hill) really loves stock class play and should be supported by anyone who enjoys that  style too. The Sanitarium North will try to hold a 3 man indoor this winter at some point and hope that all who enjoy stock class pb will attend to play or even watch. All in all it was a good trip and i would be willing to go back and give it at least one more try.

Taking time to let everyone know that i rock out with Team VIGILANTE. I have known these guys for longer than most have been playing this awesome sport. We have gotten back together over the past two years and been right back to KILLN!!! We rock the pump gun better than anyone! If you've played us you know. i'll post later how our OSC tournament went. Til then, pick up a pump gun and see what paintball is all about.
